Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, preparation, and packaging. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes up to 14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost or stolen items. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations are no longer possible due to the customized nature of our products.
