Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final.  We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
